Your uploaded photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI via our secure backend server. The AI generates a professional ID photo matching your selected specification. Your original photo is processed in real time and never stored on our servers.

Yes. Your photo is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS, processed by Google Gemini AI, and immediately discarded after the result is returned. We do not store, log, or retain any of your photos. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select AI ID Photo → tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Open AI ID Photo → tap the Crown icon → scroll down and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

For best results: use a clear front-facing photo with good lighting, avoid heavy shadows or filters, and ensure your face is clearly visible. You can tap Regenerate to try again.

After generating your photo, tap Print Layout to create a print-ready layout (L-size or 2L-size). Save the layout image to your Photos, then print it at any convenience store's photo printing kiosk.

Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data (generation history, settings).
